Kem Mill is a development of nine Executive Homes in Whittle-le-Woods, immediately to the west of Whittle-le-Woods Cricket Club and about two miles north of Chorley Town Centre.

In April 2014, planning consent was achieved for nine Executive Homes. Construction commenced in late 2017 and completed in February 2019. Each home was designed individually by local architects with the aim of creating a development focused on character and quality.

Chorley Central Business Park is located off Stump Lane, close to Chorley Town Centre and Chorley Railway Station.

In 2007 the site became available, planning consent was achieved and Primrose built out the development. Twenty five units were built, totalling 29,600 sq ft, in units ranging from 550 – 2,500 sq ft.

The first Tenants took occupation in February 2009 and since then, the development has maintained a very high occupancy level and is indeed usually fully let. The close proximity to Chorley Town Centre and the motorway network mean that when a Tenant decides to move on, then a replacement occupier is usually identified quickly.
