Set beside Cuerden Valley Park in Whittle-le-Woods, the scheme combines traditional materials – red brick, natural slate, handcrafted timber, and lime-pointed stonework, with modern, sustainable design principles.
All size homes were sold off-plan, relfecting strong demand for high-quality, place-sensitive living.
