Situated on the site of an original farm overlooking beautiful countryside. This project involved a 2 year restoration and refurbishment programme of existing 1830’s semi-derelict Grade 2 listed buildings. The finished scheme created two barns conversions, a cottage and a house to form high-end living accommodation.

Primrose had a strong desire to retain the integrity of the existing buildings, which presented challenges such as low eaves heights and a lack of foundations.
